考虑资金时滞的传统车企两阶段智联化转型路径研究Research on the Two-stage Intelligent-connected Transformation Path of Traditional Automobile Enterprises Considering Funding Time Delay

摘要(Abstract):
数智化时代,传统车企的电气化转型已无法满足汽车市场需求,智联化发展成为关键要求。在新版双积分政策下,利用Hotelling模型描述消费者效用,构建了传统车企、互联网企业、金融机构三方演化博弈模型,探究传统车企在不同时期智联化转型策略。此外,将演化博弈与资金时滞相结合,定义传统车企长、短期理想事件。研究表明:收益分配系数在一定范围内,短、长期理想事件最终演化结果呈相反状态;较低的成本承担更容易使传统车企策略选择摇摆不定;融资金额越高,越容易使得传统车企和互联网企业跨界合作失败;单独变动市场性因素和政策性因素都不利于传统车企转型;良好的市场前景虽鼓舞了传统车企转型积极性,但也会使传统车企陷入决策困境。
